Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa Gen 2 Supercharger Package

Following months of intensive development work, we're pleased to announce that pre-orders are now open for our brand-new supercharger package for the Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa (2008-18)

This innovative setup takes performance of the big Suzuki to the next level, with our own development bike achieving a maximum output of 400whp – more than twice the power of the stock model.

The package utilises Rotrex's new C30-94 counterclockwise supercharger, which has allowed us to simplify the kit, reducing both cost and installation time. The C30-94 is a highly efficient, centrifugal unit, which delivers strong, linear performance; there is no lag or delay, as with a turbocharger, just a wave of usable power. This translates to incredible acceleration.

During initial testing at Sywell Aerodrome’s Al Fagan produced a best quarter-mile time of 9.47sec @ 159mph, before the weather stopped play. But he was in no doubt that this package has genuine 8-second potential. With a longer airfield, a top speed of well over 200mph should be achievable. 

No internal engine modifications are necessary, however the secondary injectors will require a simple modification (explained in the instructions) and an uprated fuel pump (included) must be fitted. The ECU will also require remapping and our supplied Base Map map offers three settings: A: progressive power through the lower gears; B: full power in all the gears; C: limited power. Peak power will be capped at 360whp, but be in no doubt, this will still make for an incredibly quick bike!

Extensive development work has ensured that the package is not only capable of extreme power, but will also deliver utmost driveability and durability. It's the reason we upgraded the drive belt to a super-tough Powerdyne unit.

We anticipate many of these packages will be fitted to bikes used for drag racing, but with everyday drivability, it will also make for a very exciting road bike. For street bikes we recommend raising the gearing and lengthening the rear swing arm to further aid drivability. 

As part of this everyday drivability, we have worked hard to make the supercharger installation as neat as possible. The C30-94 is mounted on the left-hand side of the bike and affords plenty of clearance; it is protected by a beautifully CNC-machined chain guard, embossed with the TTS logo. 

Our aim was to make everything look as factory as possible, which includes the inboard air filter and the custom intercooler, which is force-fed by the vents in the faring and hidden under the petrol tank cover. The only other giveaway that this is not an ordinary GSX1300R is the supercharger oil reservoir, with oil level indicator, which exits a vent in the faring. 

Like all of our supercharger packages, each Gen 2 Hayabusa kit will be made to order at our Silverstone UK facility, with a lead time of around eight weeks.
